Binding Agreement

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the judikiss platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to stop using the judikiss platform and close your account immediately.

Amendments to Terms

judikiss reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published is considered acceptance of those amended terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this document from time to time.

Player Eligibility Requirements

To register and use judikiss services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of another person
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gambling programme
• Hold only one active account at judikiss at any time

Payment Methods

judikiss supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are processed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) or the crypto equivalent at the current rate.

The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals is RM50 per transaction. There is no set maximum for regular deposits; however, withdrawal limits may apply based on the player's VIP level.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Verified withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the chosen payment method and current request volume. judikiss is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

Welcome Bonus

judikiss offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: deposit RM100, bonus RM200, account balance RM300, wagering requirement RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 must be reached before withdrawal is approved.

judikiss VIP Programme

The judikiss VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides different weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Players can advance through VIP tiers based on gaming activity and loyalty to the judikiss platform.

Bonus Restrictions

judikiss reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of abuse, system manipulation or violation of bonus terms. Accounts found to be in breach of bonus conditions may be frozen without prior notice.

Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus once only. This bonus cannot be used together with other promotions unless stated otherwise by judikiss.

Permitted Use

The judikiss platform is for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree not to use this platform for any illegal, fraudulent or activity that could compromise the security and integrity of our systems.

• Not to use automated software, bots or manipulation tools while playing
• Not to share your account with another individual
• Not to open more than one account
• Not to attempt to exploit system or software vulnerabilities
• Not to conduct financial transactions related to illegal activities

Responsible Gambling

judikiss is committed to responsible gambling. We encourage all players to set personal play limits, take breaks from gaming when needed and seek help if gambling is affecting their daily life.

Closure by Player

Players may close their judikiss account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Before closure, any valid cash balance in the account must be fully withdrawn. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Suspension by judikiss

judikiss reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time without prior notice if:

• Any section of these Terms and Conditions has been violated
• Registration information is found to be false or misleading
• There is fraudulent activity or account hacking
• The player is in a jurisdiction that restricts online gambling
• Authorities or regulatory bodies have issued a related directive

Liability Disclaimer

judikiss operates under international licensing and works to ensure the platform runs without interruption. However, judikiss is not liable for any losses, service disruptions or data damage that occur outside our control, including technical failures, natural disasters or actions by third parties.

Limitation of Responsibility

The judikiss platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. judikiss does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, viruses or service disruptions at all times.

Players are fully responsible for the gambling decisions they make and acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the international licensing under which judikiss operates. Any disputes that arise will be resolved through the official channels established by the relevant licensing body.
